Below are the different types of documentation programs available for your financing needs.
"Full Doc"
This programs allows the maximum amount of money at the highest Loan Ratios. Two to three year's personal and business financials are usually required for this program.
"Stated Income"
No tax returns are required. Your income is submitted based on what you tell the lender. The amount of income must be reasonable for your particular line of work and business type.
"No Doc"
No personal income documentation is required. Your credit is not even evaluated. These programs evaluate the property itself.
