Terms and Conditions:
Broker Web (hereinafter referred to as "BROKER WEB") and the Customer (being an entity subscribing to BROKER WEB for the provision of Services, accept, without limitation or qualification, these terms and conditions;

This Service must not be used for any illegal or fraudulent activities, including those prohibited under the Australian Government Telecommunications Act or under any other Australian State and Commonwealth laws.

It is the Customer's responsibility to familiarise them selves with Internet etiquette. This Service will also not be used for any purposes that may be disruptive of network resources, including but not limited to "spamming" in the form of mass posting of messages, advertising mails and chain letters, or sending threatening, fraudulent or unwanted messages over electronic mail.

BROKER WEB will use its best endeavors to make the Service available to the Customer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Customer acknowledges that BROKER WEB cannot guarantee uninterrupted Service, the speed, performance or quality of the Service. The Customer further acknowledges that the Service is not fault free and there may be interruptions and/or access problems from time to time. BROKER WEB depends on the performance of Third Parties over which BROKER WEB has no control and therefore can accept no liability for problems that may arise from the Service.

The Customer agrees and understands that in some cases it may not be possible to provide the Service and in such an event both parties will be released from their obligations under this Agreement and BROKER WEB will have no liability to the Customer.

If the Customer fails to comply with any of the conditions set out in this Agreement and/or with BROKER WEB Terms and Conditions, BROKER WEB may terminate this Agreement immediately. On termination, the Customer's right to use the Service ceases immediately and BROKER WEB will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer. The customer will be liable for any outstanding monies owing on the account and payment of their current agreement period.

The Customer uses the Service at the Customers own risk and BROKER WEB take no responsibility for any data downloaded and/or the content stored on the Customer's computer. The Customer agrees not to make any claim against BROKER WEB, its suppliers, employees or contractors for any loss, damages or expenses relating to, or arising from, this Agreement or the use of the Service.

Customers are liable for all billable months even if they cease to utilise the Service during these periods. The only exception is if a customer has sent us notification, to terminate the Service. There can be no suspension of the Service for any period of time.

Misuse of the Customer account, whether through malicious intent, deliberate action or negligence, is the Customer's responsibility and charges will be incurred for all use. It is the Customers responsibility to ensure their computer is not at risk from any form of virus.
